Federal Compliance — 2018 Farm Bill
All products sold by The Heightened Collective are derived from industrial hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, in full compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"), 7 U.S.C. § 1639o et seq. Our hemp is sourced from licensed cultivators operating under USDA-approved state hemp programs. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from accredited third-party laboratories are available for every product we carry.
Florida State Compliance
The Heightened Collective operates in compliance with Florida Statute §581.217, which governs the cultivation, processing, and sale of hemp and hemp extract in the State of Florida. All products are intended for sale to Florida residents only. We do not ship to states where hemp-derived THC-A products are prohibited. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the legality of these products in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.
THC-A — Legal Status
Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THC-A) is the non-psychoactive precursor to Delta-9 THC found naturally in raw hemp flower. In its raw, unheated form, THC-A is not classified as a controlled substance under federal law when derived from compliant hemp. Our THC-A flower products are tested and verified to contain ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. The Heightened Collective makes no representations regarding the legal status of THC-A in any specific state or jurisdiction outside of Florida. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their state or locality.
Age Restriction — 21+
All products sold by The Heightened Collective are strictly intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders if we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly sell to minors.

Lab Testing & Transparency
All products are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our Lab Tests page and upon request. COAs verify cannabinoid potency, the absence of pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial contaminants. We encourage all customers to review COAs before purchasing.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the State of Florida. We do not ship to states where hemp-derived THC-A products are explicitly prohibited, including but not limited to: Idaho, Iowa, and Minnesota. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with local laws. Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.
Drug Testing Warning
Hemp-derived products, including THC-A flower, may cause a positive result on a drug test. The Heightened Collective is not responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from a failed drug test. If you are subject to drug testing by an employer, law enforcement, or any other entity, we strongly advise against using our products.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Heightened Collective, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. By purchasing from us, you agree to hold The Heightened Collective harmless from any claims arising from your use of our products.
